By creating an account with MCO Global and funding an investment plan, you (the "Investor") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Onboarding

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Account Verification: In compliance with Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, MCO Global requires valid government-issued identification before any withdrawals can be processed.

• Prohibited Jurisdictions: We do not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where crypto/forex investing is prohibited by law.

2. Nature of Service (Managed Investing)

• Delegated Authority: By depositing funds, you grant MCO Global and its authorized traders/algorithms the authority to manage your capital within the Forex and Cryptocurrency markets.

• No Advice: MCO Global provides a managed service, not individual financial advice. All investment decisions are made at the platform's discretion to fulfill the objectives of your chosen investment plan.

• Profit Sharing: MCO Global operates on a profit-share model. The specific percentage of profit retained by the platform is outlined in your selected Investment Tier.

3. Investment Risks & Disclaimers

• Market Volatility: The Investor acknowledges that Forex and Cryptocurrency markets are high-risk. Prices can fluctuate significantly in short periods.

• No Guarantee of Profit: While MCO Global utilizes advanced risk management, past performance is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that an investment plan will meet its projected targets.

• Principal Risk: You should only invest capital that you can afford to lose. MCO Global is not liable for losses resulting from market force majeure or systemic failures in the global financial infrastructure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Funding: Deposits must originate from accounts or wallets owned by the Investor. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal Timelines: While we aim for 24-hour processing, withdrawals may be delayed during periods of extreme market volatility or for additional security reviews.

• Fees: MCO Global reserves the right to apply network/gas fees for crypto withdrawals or bank wire fees for fiat transfers.

5. Account Security

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

• Unauthorized Access: MCO Global is not liable for losses resulting from compromised user accounts due to negligence (e.g., sharing passwords or falling for phishing scams).

6. Termination of Service

• Closure by Investor: You may request to close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any active "lock-up" periods defined in your investment plan.

• Closure by Platform: MCO Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or violation of AML policies.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCO Global is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
